Yoga for Seniors

Our gentle yoga classes are specially designed for older adults of all ability levels. Using chair-based and standing poses, residents improve flexibility, balance, and strength while reducing stress and promoting relaxation.

Class Format

Each 45-minute session includes gentle warm-up movements, modified yoga poses appropriate for all mobility levels, breathing exercises, and a guided relaxation period. Props such as chairs, blocks, and straps are provided to ensure comfort and safety.
